Booking, cancellation and payment terms for our two apartments in the Brelin residence, Les Menuires, and the site's legal notice.
The apartments are rented by the week, from Saturday 5 pm to Saturday 11 am, within the stated capacity. The price includes end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and pillowcases, towels, bath mat and tourist tax. Tea towels are not provided.
You book online: enter your details, then sign the seasonal rental contract electronically; it is emailed to you. Only the French version of the contract is legally binding.
Payment is by bank transfer. By default the full price is paid at booking; two instalments are possible (50% at booking, balance no later than 30 days before arrival). The week is held for 3 days pending your transfer; if it is not received in time, the option lapses at no cost. The booking is final once payment is received, confirmed by email. Sums paid are a deposit payment (acompte).
We will never ask you to change our bank details by email.
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price remains due.
Less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: the full price remains due.
If the apartment is re-let for the same period, sums paid are refunded less the flat fee and any price difference. Cancellation insurance is recommended.

Information sent through the site (contact form, booking) is used only to answer your requests and manage your stay. It is never sold or shared. You may ask to access, correct or delete it at contact@location-les-menuires.fr.
