Le Grand Balcon is a 45 m² apartment that can accommodate up to 8 guests, located in the Brelin residence in Les Menuires. It offers direct access to the slopes of the 3 Valleys ski area: you put your skis on at the foot of the residence and come back the same way at the end of the day, with no shuttle or long walk.
This private-owner apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, three bedrooms (one of them an enclosed mezzanine) and two bathrooms, for a total of 4 beds and 8 sleeping spaces. The large south-facing balcony offers a superb view over the mountains and the ski area.
The rental is handled directly with the owner, with no agency and no commission. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included and prepared before you arrive: you just drop your bags and enjoy the slopes.
