Your rental agreement is generated and signed online, then emailed to you straight away. The week is held for 3 days while your bank transfer arrives; you can pay in two instalments.
The security deposit is handled by Swikly (nothing is charged or held on your card) or by an uncashed cheque.
Cancellation: refund (minus fixed fees) up to 60 days before arrival, under our booking terms. You deal with us directly right up to the key handover.
