Available weeks in Les Menuires this winter, New Year, January, February, March: 2 ski-in ski-out apartments in Brelin, prices and direct booking.
The Les Menuires ski area is scheduled to be open from Saturday 5 December 2026 to Sunday 18 April 2027. Our two apartments are in the Brelin area, in the Le Brelin residence: you leave and return on skis, and each has a south-facing balcony.
You book direct from the owners (F&C), with no agency and no platform commission: the price is about 20% lower than Airbnb for the same week. Cleaning, bed linen, towels and tourist tax are included.

The ski area is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 to 18 April 2027, according to the dates announced by the resort.
Are the apartments ski-in ski-out?
Yes. The Le Brelin residence is ski-in ski-out: you leave and return on skis at the foot of the building. The La Croisette lifts are 1 minute away on skis, and the free funicular, open 24 hours a day, goes to the resort centre.
What is included in the price?
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels and tourist tax are included. Pets are not accepted.
How do I book and pay?
You pick your dates in the planning, then book online direct from the owners. The contract is signed online; payment is by bank transfer or cheque, in two instalments if you wish.
